Con Yung is a security guard at O, Fortuna and a member of the Pioneer City Resistance. Her full first name is Consequence,[c10p18] but she doesn't like it very much.[c2p2][c9p10]
At some point prior to 2068, Con came to work as a security bouncer at O, Fortuna.[c3p5] She also joined the Pioneer City Resistance.[c2p2] Despite her involvement in the resistance, she avoided thinking about the plight of Helpers.[c11p13]
In 2068, she accompanied Isabelle Monday, Veronica Fortuna, and Zero Angiers into the desert to hijack a crashed delivery drone.[c1p15] Con witness Isabelle open the box, and was shocked to see Pandora imprint on Isabelle.[c1p20]

Con seems to respect Hemmel's authority as leader of the resistance[c6p5], even when Hemmel does things Con thinks are bad ideas[c5p4][c5p8][c5p12]. Con also regularly plays board games with Hemmel.[c5p2][c10p8]
Con sometimes seems exacerbated by Natalya's tendency to jump into danger[c5p5] and her love of explosives[c5p14]. Nonetheless, Con is able to work in the resistance with Natalya, and regularly plays board games with her.[c5p2][c10p8]
Noor and Con are both members of the Pioneer City Resistance.
Noor was angry at Isabelle upon learning that Pandora shot someone, but Isabelle tried to redirect Noor's anger, as Con was the one who was supposed to be watching Pandora that day[c6p6].
Miss Fortuna employs Con at O, Fortuna[c3p8] and the two of them work alongside each other in the resistance[c1p15].
Con says Zero is an asshole[c2p2], and she expressed frustration with Zero throughout the mission rescuing Pandora[c1p17][c1p19][c1p20][c2p1]. Con is still able to politely thank Zero sometimes[c1p16]. Zero encourages Pandora and Echo to ask Con what her name is "short for" in spite of knowing it would annoy Zero[c2p2][c9p10].
Con still appeared frustrated by Zero during the Resistance's attempt to steal data from Eric Michael Fishguard[c6p8][c6p10].
