Elodie is a Helper owned by Stanlow Thornton. Stanlow calls Elodie a "valued research assistant," and claims that he and Elodie worked together to study Pandora's escape,[c10p19] as well as vision impairments of some Helpers.[c10p20]
As of Chapter 11, it has not been confirmed whether Stanlow did any of the research at all, or whether Elodie actually did all the work.
