When Pandora attempted to by bottled water from a local MonoMart for Amelia, a store clerk attempted to scam her.[c11p11]
The clerk claimed that if Pandora was owned by a rich person, then he could charge her $500 for a bottle of water because it is nothing to her, whereas if she was a 'dirty stray' then he can do whatever he wants to hurt her.[c11p12]
The next day, as the clerk listened to reports of a terrorist attack on the news, Pandora and Isabelle Monday came back to the store to make fun of him.[c11p21]
