An unnamed courier[c3p9][c4p8] disguised as a cop[c3p20][c4p8][SemiCanon] delivered a data drive[c4p14] from the Quorum City Resistance[c4p3] to the Pioneer City Resistance.

Despite his affiliation with the resistance, he is racist,[c4p7] misogynistic,[c4p8][c4p15][c4p16] transphobic,[c4p9][c4p16] and generally an all-around jerk.[c4p17] He is the primary antagonist of Sisters in Arms.
