Eric Fishguard is the Junior Undersecretary of Commerce[2]. As government stooges go, he's nothing special. He was targeted by the Pioneer City Resistance due to his involvement in planning a big event[3]. He owns a Helper, Adrastea, whom he treats as part of his furniture. She says he is not a good man[4].
