The purpose of this template is to more easily track statements along the lines of "as of Chapter X...." Type something like {{InfoUpdateFlag|8}} to get "As of Chapter 8," . Every chapter, I should update the "current chapter" value in this template code to automatically flag all pages using the template as needing an update.
