When [[Zero Angiers]] argued that Helpers shouldn't be allowed in the resistance, Hemmel was quick to defend Pandora, stating that the resistance exists for people like her<ref>https://pandorastale.com/2019/11/19/chapter-3-page-13/</ref>. Later, Hemmel trusted Pandora enough to send her on a mission to steal data from [[Eric Michael Fishguard|Eric Fishguard]] [cite 6:7].  At Pandora's request, Hemmel allowed Pandora to be present whilst Hemmel questioned [[Echo]] [cite 9:17].
