Vicky, commonly called Belgian Vicky, is a regular client at O, Fortuna^[1]^[2]. She is Isabelle Monday's favorite client, due to Vicky being a sweetheart and a good tipper^[3]. Belgian Vicky is not actually Belgian: it's just a nickname the people at the depot started calling her after she ate waffles once^[4].

Belgian Vicky has a shirt that says "Don't hate on Sector 28," with the shape of the sector surrounding the numerals "28."

Trivia

Belgian Vicky considers Arbor Day to be an important holiday^[5].
