Hamilton Smith-Rawnsley is a former patron of Veronica Fortuna and one of the richest people in the sector containing Pioneer City[2]. He spends most of his time out of sector[3].

Hamilton owns three Helpers: Andromeda, Cassiopeia, and Leo[4]. He keeps them locked in a single room [5] which they are never allowed to leave[6]. He does not visit this room very often[7].
