Younger Cop

An unnamed cop held Petrichor captive[1]. Along with his older colleague, he is one of the two main antagonists of Good Luck Charm.
In contrast with his older counterpart, the Younger Cop is suspicious as to how a Helper got through the police station's security.

The Younger Cop is called "Cop 2" in the script for chapter 5[2][3].
