Kyndley is a Product Care Agent at The Helper Corporation, tasked with programming and training Helpers. Helpers are the product^[4]. She started working as a PCA on or shortly before January 1, 2064^[5].

Trivia

On the main-site version of Chapter 4, Gabriel Glenholm refers to Kyndley as Pandora's "Overseer," with a capital "O"^[6]. However, in the version of Chapter 4 included in the book and on Mastodon, Gabriel's lines are reworded to avoid using a title for Kyndley^[7]. The reason for the change is that Xan decided to make Kyndley the title of PCA instead^[8].
