Food

Food is anything eaten for nourishment by humans, Helpers, and other species.

List of known food

As of Chapter 9 we have seen or heard about the following foods.

• Water is first mentioned in a background poster in Doctor Shah's office at Circle Grove Clinic.
• Pandora carries a lollipop out of Doctor Shah's office.
• Both Pandora and Tallulah are shown drinking some unknown beverages at O, Fortuna.
• A fish is shown in Pandora's thought-bubble after Zero denies being a cavefish. While that page makes no mention of fish being edible, there are two later references to fish as a food source.
  • A cop provides Pandora with tuna.
  • Eric Michael Fishguard is called a "Fishman" by Con.
• Cocktails are first mentioned by Miss Fortuna, and first shown in the background of O, Fortuna a few pages later.
  • A silver tequila was part of a code used by the resistance,, and later purchased by an unrelated customer.
  • An extra dry Martini was part of a code used by the resistance,, and later purchased by an unrelated customer.
  • A Beigewasser was purchased by a customer at O, Fortuna.
  • Mimosas were purchased by a customer at O, Fortuna.
  • A bottle of Arctic zinfandel was purchased by a customer at O, Fortuna.
  • Belgian Vicky asks for Bourbon.
• Rich People appear throughout the comic, starting with Gabriel Glenholm's appearance on Dateline Today.
• Pandora mentions paprika when trying to distract a pair of cops.
• Miss Fortuna and Doctor Shaw drink tea.
• Belgian Vicky once ate waffles, leading others to call her "Belgian."

Unknown foods

• Various containers are shown in the background of Isabelle's apartment, some of which might be food.
• Isabelle mentions that Pandora has been eating Isabelle's food, without specifying the kind of food
• Hemmel mentions farming during the rescue of Petrichor.
• Pandora pretends to be hungry when speaking to a cop.
• Zero wants "fancy rich people food." Zero doesn't specify whether she wants to eat the food that rich people eat, or whether she wants to eat rich people.
• Eric Fishguard is shown drinking some unspecified beverage.
• Isabelle carries some unspecified beverages at Hamilton Smith-Rawnsley's party.
• Pandora delivers a bunch of food to Andromeda, Cassiopeia, and Leo.
• Some beverage is spilled on the carpet in an episode of Our Little Helper.
• Unknown beverages appear in the background of The Boardroom.
• Pandora and Isabelle are carrying bags of unknown groceries on the cover of Chapter 11.

Non-foods

• Con derisively tells Zero to "eat dicks."
