Natalya Ustrashkina is the second in command of the Pioneer City Resistance. She is fiercely dedicated to the cause, and is very fond of using explosives.

Trivia

• Natalya is a trans woman.
• Between the releases of chapters seven and eight, Natalya placed second behind Noor in the Ultimate Pandora's Tale Book 1 Character Tournament. Her second-place finish may have been partly due to luck of matchups, as Natalya never had to face either Pandora or Isabelle in the tournament.
• Natalya's call sign is Redshift.
• Xan created a Mii based on Natalya and other resistance members in Miitopia. She is listed as an Energetic Tank, and her favorite food are "Fluffy Marshmallows."
