Relations

Pandora

Upon meeting Hemmel, Pandora immediately requested to join the resistance. When Zero Angiers argued that Helpers shouldn't be allowed in the resistance, Hemmel was quick to defend Pandora, stating that the resistance exists for people like her. After Hemmel allowed Pandora to officially join the resistance, they brought Pandora on a dangerous rescue mission. Pandora had enough respect for Hemmel's authority that she was willing to come along and participate despite strenuous objections from Conand the indirect objection of Isabelle.  Hemmel also provided Pandora with her call sign, which Pandora liked.  

Later, Hemmel trusted Pandora enough to send her on a mission to steal data from Eric Fishguard.  At Pandora's request, Hemmel allowed Pandora to be present whilst Hemmel questioned Echo.

Isabelle Monday

Isabelle works with Hemmel in the resistance. Hemmel was also diligent in trying to make sure Isabelle got paid. As of Chapter 9, we have seen little direct interaction between Hemmel and Isabelle.

Con Young

Con seems to respect Hemmel's authority as leader of the resistance, even when Hemmel does things Con thinks are bad ideas. Con also regularly plays board games with Hemmel.

Natalya Ustrashkina

Natalya is Hemmel's second in command. Though they sometimes have conflicting ideas about how to run the resistance, Natalya seems to respect Hemmel's authority, and Hemmel seems to value Natalya as a teammate.

Noor Shah

Noor is in the Pioneer City Resistance under Hemmel's leadership. As of Chapter 10, we have seen little direct interaction between them.

• Hemmel's call sign is Monarch.
• Xan created a Mii based on Hemmel and other resistance members in Miitopia. They are a Cool Flower, and their favorite food is "Bitingly Bitter Tea."
