An unnamed courier disguised as a cop delivered a data drive from the Quorum City Resistance to the Pioneer City Resistance. Despite his affiliation with the resistance, he is racist, misogynistic, transphobic, and generally an all-around jerk. He is the primary antagonist of "Sisters in Arms," parts 1 and 2.

Trivia

• The courier is simply referred to as "cop" in the script. However, he is not actually a cop^[Semi-Canon].
• He was originally planned to have a name, but his name never came up in the comic.
