Natalya Ustrashkina is the second in command of the Pioneer City Resistance. She is fiercely dedicated to the cause, and is very fond of using explosives.

Pandora

Upon hearing Pandora's request to join the resistance, Natalya was immediately supportive. Natalya was visibly angry at Zero Angiers's insistence that Helpers shouldn't be allowed in the resistance. When Hemmel decided to allow Pandora in, Natalya was visibly excited. Natalya admired what she called Pandora's "collectivist philosophy," while encouraging Pandora to overcome key aspects of her programming.

Months later, Pandora and Natalya went on a mission together, and Pandora was quite happy to report that Natalya blew up an armored car.

Isabelle Monday

Isabelle works with Natalya in the resistance. Natalya has a crush on Isabelle.

Con Young

Con sometimes seems exacerbated by Natalya's tendency to jump into danger and her love of explosives. Nonetheless, Con is able to work in the resistance with Natalya, and regularly plays board games with her.

Hemmel

Natalya is Hemmel's second in command. Though they sometimes have conflicting ideas about how to run the resistance, Natalya seems to respect Hemmel's authority, and Hemmel seems to value Natalya as a teammate.

• Natalya is a trans woman.
• Between the releases of chapters seven and eight, Natalya placed second behind Noor in the Ultimate Pandora's Tale Book 1 Character Tournament. Her second-place finish may have been partly due to luck of matchups, as Natalya never had to face either Pandora or Isabelle in the tournament.
• Natalya's call sign is Redshift.
• Xan created a Mii based on Natalya and other resistance members in Miitopia. She is an Energetic Tank, and her favorite food is "Fluffy Marshmallows."
