Pandora

Con witnessed Isabelle rescue Pandora. Though Con initially considered Pandora to be a stranger, Con quickly warmed up to Pandora. Con is nonetheless weirded out by some of the effects of Pandora's programming. Pandora also seems to like Con. Con didn't know or think much about Helpers before meeting Pandora, but she knew that what The Helper Corporation did to Pandora is what the Resistance exists to fight against

When Isabelle asked Con to watch Pandora for one night, Con was initially reluctant but agreed. Con intended to keep Pandora out of trouble, and so Con got scared when Hemmel insisted on bringing Pandora on a dangerous mission. Con tried to remain overly protective of Pandora throughout the evening, largely because Con was afraid of how Isabelle would react if Pandora got hurt. Months later, Con remained uneasy about her role in Pandora's escapade, and she was seemingly surprised by Pandora's subsequent antics.

Pandora reveals Con is not cool.

Isabelle Monday

Isabelle and Con appear to be close friends. Con calls Isabelle an idealist, Con appeared happy to see Isabelle getting along with Pandora, and Isabelle was quick to confide in Con about Pandora.

When Isabelle wanted to go out with Zufolene and Tallulah, she entrusted Con to watch Pandora. Con worried Isabelle would be angry that Con let Pandora do something dangerous, a fear which was ultimately justified.

After Isabelle learned that Pandora is expected to have a short life, Con was able to console Isabelle, reminding her why the resistance fights.

Hemmel

Con seems to respect Hemmel's authority as leader of the resistance, even when Hemmel does things Con thinks are bad ideas. Con also regularly plays board games with Hemmel.

Natalya Ustrashkina

Con sometimes seems exacerbated by Natalya's tendency to jump into danger and her love of explosives. Nonetheless, Con is able to work in the resistance with Natalya, and regularly plays board games with her.

Noor Shah

Noor and Con are both members of the Pioneer City Resistance. Noor was angry at Isabelle upon learning that Pandora shot someone, but Isabelle tried to redirect Noor's anger, as Con was the one who was supposed to be watching Pandora that day.

Veronica Fortuna

Miss Fortuna employs Con at O, Fortuna and the two of them work alongside each other in the resistance.

Zero Angiers

Con says Zero is an asshole, and she expressed frustration with Zero throughout the mission rescuing Pandora. Con is still able to politely thank Zero sometimes. Zero encourages Pandora and Echo to ask Con what her name is "short for" in spite of knowing it would annoy Zero.

Con still appeared frustrated by Zero during the Resistance's attempt to steal data from Eric Michael Fishguard.
